Vauxhall is launching the VXR8 Tourer, a £49,500 estate with a 6.2-litre V8 producing 425bhp. The most powerful estate in the marque's 110-year history, it features launch control, rear-wheel drive with a limited-slip differential, leather sport seats and a 2,000 litres boot with the seats folded.
